saturday was my grandparents 80th birthday surprise. it was only 3 days after my surgery so i showered, put on makeup, curled my hair, and was beat by the time i got in the car. but luckily they let me set up a make-shift bed so i could lie down because i wasn't missing this. my cousins from Utah ,who all haven't been back to CT in 10 years, were in attendance. it was so much fun: filled with food, drinks, and memories about our favorite gram + gramps. just look at him looking at her. an inspiration for us all
