this blog has turned into a sort of digital journal of sorts for me & today it felt eerily similar to the little diary i kept when i was a kid. "dear diary, it has been months since the last time i wrote in you, i have a crush on (insert cute boy here), i got my back tuck on beam, & i got my first Baby G watch..." It hasn't been months, but it feels like forever since i've done a blog post! i have been spending a lot of time exercising at the gym, lots of doctors appointments, & spending quality time with husband when he's off duty... it has been the perfect amount of time to kind of get my body back into a normal person's routine & then of course we've been busy over here with snow... & a LOT of it!
blizzard Nemo hit Connecticut on friday/saturday & we ended up with 3ft of snow which took 3 days and a lot of manpower to dig all of our cars out! ... schools in the area have been cancelled all week with another snow day tomorrow... but it was my mom's birthday on monday so we've been using these days as an excuse to have a drawn out birthday celebration full of chocolate cake & plenty of Valentine's Day candy! the pics above are from today's fun in the snow... the snow is PERFECT for snowballs & we are planning to build one of our famous igloos tomorrow :) the hat is from LLBean & available in tons of colors, the coat is one of my favorite Burton purchases... toasty warm & a bright blue, i wore my corduroys to keep me toasty & some sturdy waterproof boots. hope you all are keeping warm & see ya tomorrow!
Love the color of your pants :-) What color do you have on your lips? It looks sensational!
ReplyDeletethank you!! I use all different shades of Revlon Just Bitten lip stain... it's the best :) the color I have on is a mix of Smitten & Cherish!
