luke's onesie: gap outlet

hot damn, lots of cameos in this wardrobe post. i had to fend off the cats & of course had to bring in a few shots with little bear. he's wearing a onesie from gap outlet that i literally got a few days ago. it comes in a three pack with other colors & prints that are just too adorable (one print is of worms!!!). my sweatshirt top is from macy's, the jeans are my favorite from a sale rack the one and only time i've been in an abercrombie store, & the booties are from bass.

bass is one of my hidden gems of a store that i have debated telling everyone about... but since you can clearly see in the last three posts, all of my favorite boots, sandals, & even my kick ass winter boots are from there... so i'll just let the cat out of the bag. no one thinks to go to bass because it's a lot of older women clothes... but i go to the one at the clinton outlets & hit up the shoe sale section in the back & it's like a gold mine. enjoy & you're welcome.

happy tuesday!

what better way to celebrate america than wearing some patriotic colors for what has turned into a four day celebration due to the bad weather yesterday. the humidity has finally backed off so it has been nice to be outside and not be dripping in sweat. as you can tell above, i chopped my hair off... woop woop! at first i was like "shit, what did i just do" and after a week long process of getting it just right, i am in love. it is so much easier to manage right now with the hot weather & a four month old on my hip. and it's realllllly nice to be blonde again :)

hope you all are having a fantastic weekend full of picnics, friends, family, & fireworks!

the first week back in ct...

Thursday, July 3, 2014

i did a superwoman & killed it on a 6 hour flight with a baby, luggage, car seat, base, stroller, & bags by myself. this is in the airport waiting to board. luke's face says it all.
we immediately went and saw all my friends & luke spent quality time with baby nella's dad (you can always spot a father from afar by how he holds an infant!)
 we played.
(this is the face of pure amusement)
 we slept in...
 and made ridiculous faces
 i chopped my hair off!
(more on that coming later!)
 luke chilled with his friends
and did lots of tummy time
and laying on his back time
and bumbo seat time... you sick of seeing this baby yet?!!
and he met his 2 year old cousins
and i cuddled with this guy who clearly missed me
and grandma took luke swimming
and i am just in love with these chubby thighs!

whew. all caught up now.
